You earn points automatically on every apparel, footwear, and accessory purchase when you use your Rewards Card at checkout. Points are converted into Rewards Rebates sent to you quarterly.
What is your return policy for clothing and shoes?
We accept returns on unworn fashion items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you have your receipt or digital transaction history for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping for online orders?
Currently, Fred Meyer Rewards online shopping ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are looking to expand in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard to view the real-time status of your delivery.
Are the sizes consistent across different brands?
